Next Episode: Inner GPS

#001 -  In today's episode, we dive into exactly how our mind works and how we can use this knowledge to take back our power and create the world we want to live in.

There are so many things we can learn about the brain, but we are going to narrow it down to the number one "brain" ingredient, and that is that our brain physically changes with everything we do, experience, think, hope, and imagine. 

And that means we have complete control!!

Granted, we can’t control what happens to us throughout the day, but we can control how much it affects us and how long we choose to focus on it. Thoughts are going to come and go, that is what they naturally do, but we need to resist the temptation of focusing on things that don’t benefit us. This may seem like a daunting task at first, but we know the more we make small shifts, it will eventually become easier and easier.  We will talk more about this in Episode 3 - Thought Train.

Our repetitive thoughts and self-talk form our beliefs and create our mindset. To reach our full potential, we need to start thinking differently.  We are not chained to our current way of thinking or capabilities.  It doesn’t matter what yesterday looked like.  It is time to take control of our minds because we all have the opportunity to shape the future of our world.  

So let’s get out there and make it a better one each and every day moving forward.
