Inner GPS

#002 - In today's episode we go a little deeper and I do my best to answer the question, "What is our inner GPS and how exactly does it work?"

The mystery and beauty of life- is the question of  “What makes us alive?”  Sure we have a body and all of its functions, but what is the electricity powering up that body, what is that life source that brings it to full power, with personality and spark?!!

In order to really understand what that is, I think we need to think about what we are made of.  We have our bodies and we have the spirit, or soul that brings that body to life.

Or as I like to call it, Our inner guiding power source or (GPS if you will) and I believe it’s what we have right at the core of our being. 

If we imagine a car with GPS, we get in, we set our destination and then we release the worry of how to get to where we are going.  We know that the GPS will tell us when it is time to turn.  We don’t have to worry about it, we don’t have to question each time we come to a crossroads if we should turn here or not. We let the system guide us.  And if we miss a turn, it just recalculates!  I love that feature!!

We have that too, we have that within.  We need to stop looking to others for guidance.
