The Problem- Binge Netflix, browse social media, endlessly follow newsfeeds on your phone = Easy! But read that book on improving your life you've been meaning to get to, or work on that project you've been thinking about for months... It's like pulling teeth! 

The Challenge- Regular technology breaks, a dopamine detox/vacation or “Dopamine fasting” as it’s been popularized. 

The Desired Result- Get more Pleasure and Motivation from living life, and doing normal (aka "hard") things.
