Today we take a deep dive into guilt. It's something all humans experience when they say or do something that hurts others. If we take responsibility for our actions and sincerely apologize right away there's a good chance our apology will be accepted and the guilt is diminished and all parties feel better. Feeling guilt when we do or say hurtful things helps to teach us the basics of right and wrong and we soon learn to try not to do hurtful things and to be kind and courteous to others. So, join us as we look at specific suggestions for making quick work of guilt, even the guilt we can sometimes hang on to stubbornly, and tormenting only ourselves.
