Last year I discovered that I was uncomfortable celebrating myself. I shared a personal win with a great friend of mine and when she asked me how I planned to celebrate myself, I didn’t have an answer. Society teaches us to hustle and grind and work, work, work! But outside of major milestones (like birthdays, anniversaries, etc) we aren’t taught to recognize and celebrate the smaller wins. In today’s episode, I share 3 reasons why you should celebrate yourself as well as practical ways to do so. Enjoy!
