If you love traveling, this episode will help you travel with more intention for your personal wellbeing so that the next time you go somewhere, it’s not just an escape where you’ll come back to the same routine and patterns that you left. It’ll be an opportunity to grow.

Travel is a great way to boost emotional intelligence, which consists of self-awareness, emotional management, and empathy. When we force ourselves outside of our traditional environment, it automatically expands our perspectives in who we thought we were when we’re able to connect with those who are living very differently than us.

The issue is when we travel in a disconnected manner. Disconnected from yourself and your intentions, disconnected from the culture and people that you’re visiting, disconnected from the land and environment that have the privilege of walking on.

This is why I’m excited to share this conversation with travel coach, Sahara Rose, who helps people in the workplace travel with more intention in order to maximize the many wellness benefits that come from travel.
