Using guilt for inner peace. Here in Melbourne, I've been immersed in lockdown 4.0, and conversations with clients and friends have centred around the guilt of not being able to get all the things we want to be done in a day.
Feelings of not being able to keep up seem pervasive and it has me questioning the long-term impacts of not dealing with feelings of constant guilt?
Can you relate?
In this week's podcast I want to explore with you how you can use your guilt to be kinder to yourself and in the process unlock a little more inner peace.
The reality is, through consistent practice you can unshackle yourself from guilt and in doing so feel better in yourself each day.
If that sounds like it might be helpful take a listen!
