In this episode, Sable engages in a conversation with Bianca Laureano discussing the spectrum of intersectionality beyond identifies. The power play of intersectionality by silencing communities and thereby having them cover-up.

Sable's takeaways
1. Colorism in the workplace. Its impact on promotions, hiring, and inclusion.  How does that help them in promotions?

2. Value in pay ranges. Excluding pay ranges in job advertisements also means excluding a whole group of job seekers.

3. Intersectionality training.  Teaching people about the various intersections of people to avoid treating people as a monolith.
