Leadership is a key element when it comes to transformation.  Ray is the architect of the Organizational Transformation Model that has been central to the work of Genysys.  On the show today we are going to start looking at this model, which is key to transformation within any organization. There are three different kinds of leaders that Ray identifies in the organizational transformation model. Today we are going to be looking at the first type; the catalytic leader.  A catalytic leader is the the kind of leader who would initiate the process of change within an organization. We really work well when we work together.  Why people are reluctant to take on the responsibility for launching into something new.
