Cough, sneeze, splutter… snivvle… wipe… repeat! Hello, winter and hello all the ills and ails that come along with the colder season as we retreat indoors and attempt to avoid getting too cold. Depending where you are in the world, you might love the cooler weather as it is easier to get warm than it is to keep cool however as we know colds, flus and viruses in the colder climates and usually in winter, run through families and side line everyone for a few days or weeks at a time. The brilliant thing though is that because we’re humans and we eat every day, we can make some simple swaps and additions to our usual food intake that really help us get on the right side of feeling like crap!
