#93 - Last week’s show was about how to fail successfully, meaning that failure often leads to success.

It is just a learning experience. You don’t really know that until some time has passed and you look back and realized that you are where you are because of those past failures and experiences.

It often makes you wiser, more resilient, and humble.  These are all good things.

Today we are continuing on along the same vein.

This podcast episode is for anyone who is taking the long and winding road through life. It doesn't mean you are lost or will wander forever.

I am speaking with Jeff Gargas who is the successful COO of the Teach Better Team which supports and helps teachers increase student engagement and success.

It took him some time to get there.

This talk is about his journey, but it also about searching, wandering, and yes, failing. It is about reflecting on the experiences in your life, finding meaning in them, and discovering the common denominator behind them.

It was through his own experiences that Jeff discovered the common theme; he enjoyed helping others. That was his purpose and he turned that purpose into a very successful business.

If you are wandering or feel lost right now, you will be happy to know that nothing is random and you ARE on your way.
