I’ve moved “Maintaining Boundaries” up on the list of Important Things to Do in my agency. Not because people are terrible, because most aren’t, but because boundaries create a much healthier work environment for myself, my staff, and the clients we work with. 


Maintaining boundaries seems like a hard thing to do, but over the years I’ve got it down to a system. And I’ll share this system with you in four easy steps.
