Well I could go on all day long with this topic.
You know when you are watching House Hunters or Fixer Upper and they only see three houses? AND THEY PICK ON THAT DAY?

Lies.
That's not how it really works. Sometimes it takes a long time to find a REALISTIC option from your budget. There is also the dynamic of those that are involved with the purchase. Married couples, parents and children. Everyone has a different opinion on whats important. Sometimes it is hard to navigate those situations and your Realtor should help facilitate those hurdles.
