今回は特別編として、初めての日本人ゲストを迎えました。「やさしい英語会話」でおなじみのAkariさんです。実は彼女はインドを専門に研究していて、つい最近もインドを訪れたようです。Akariさんの見たインドとはどのような国なのでしょうか。

Tamil

= spoken in the south, it is one of the oldest languages in the world, and it has changed only a little. It has been written for over 2,000 years

= spoken in the southwest. It has about one-third as many native speakers as Japanese does, but this still ranks it in the top 40 in the world.
