Dana V. Adams is the founder of the Life Mapping Institute, author of Live Your Gift and the Live Your Gift Companion Guide, professional keynote speaker, creator of the Life Mapping Workshops, and considered one of the country’s top thought leaders on the life mapping process.

In this episode, we talk about how Dana overcame trauma from her younger years including her mother committing suicide, and Dana practically raising herself. Like many other people, this kind of trauma at such a young age & living in an unstable environment causes us to "play it safe" and live in fight or flight mode later in life...

We live in a state of anxiety for so long that we end up creating major life decisions out of it, and not really feeling fulfilled and in alignment with who and what we want to be.

Dana found a process called Life Mapping which helped her to get really clear and understand what her purpose is. She had been ignoring signs and hints from God that she was made for more... which lead her to starting the Life Mapping Institute, and writing the book Live Your Gift.

Dana now does public speaking, retreats where she teaches the Life Mapping process, and more and lives her life with integrity and according to the values that she has created for herself.

I highly recommend reading Dana's book & doing the workbook along - which I finished in a week when I received it!!
