Hey Team! In our first episode, Jordan and Trent dig deep into what Riot's unique belief in fitness actually is and why we think we have probably the best one. First and foremost, we are a CrossFit facility. There are plenty of ways to achieve that healthier, happier, higher performing lifestyle, but we feel constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity is the best way to achieve your fitness dreams. We are striving to help you move better, get stronger and have a better "engine" in life. The stronger we get inside the gym, the easier everything outside the gym comes by comparison. We want everyone to live a little longer, be able to get out of as chair unassisted and be able to tackle the "stuff" in life.
