This week's pod is equal parts heart and depth, yet also will have you smiling and laughing along.

My friend Steph has like 1,2467 jobs. JK, she technically has 4, and when you hear what they are all about, you will wonder how she has the stamina to keep going and find joy in her life. We met back in grad school and it has been an honor to witness to her journey.

Steph shares what it was like joining an all-white program at USF and how it shaped her work as a clinician. She also touches on the history of therapy in general and the roles of white privilege and cultural perspective in relation overall access to mental health.

She dreams of starting her own nonprofit, and upon hearing her speak I am sure you will be as confident as I am that she will make it happen - literally no doubt. She has worked in varying therapeutic settings and explores what she has learned from each. In her free time, Steph has a photography business called Lunamia Photography and is a rep for Monat. If you've seen any of the photoshoots I've done, most are from her. She also enjoys traveling and talks about what it was like going to Greece and Iceland COMPLETELY SOLO.

We explore her experience with divorce and finding love again with her best friend. Find her here:
