Employ empathy or self compassion. Look at how you cared for yourself today.
Align motivation. Examine how you want to feel and make choices to support that.
Build confidence. Know that you can do this.
Set SMART goals. Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely goals that are action-oriented can help us succeed at reaching larger goals.
Hold yourself accountable. Learn from where you didn’t succeed on your previous attempts.
