It's exercise right?
So we do we find cardio so hard...and why is it so hard to get back into it? why, why, WHYYYYY!!
Exercise is work. It elevates your heart rate, makes you somewhat breathless, and causes your muscles to burn. Yes, exercise does get easier with time, but it will never be "easy." If it were easy, it wouldn’t be exercise. You see, exercise has to challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone.
But you will hear about some amazing benefits to why cardio is not the devil reincarnated and maybe you just need to find the right cardio for you? there is lots of variety when it comes to cardio and today's episode is here to help xoxo
