If I say the words, “midlife crisis,” what comes to mind? I always think of a man buying a sports car, or a woman splurging on plastic surgery, probably inspired by watching soap operas with my mom when I was a kid.


A midlife crisis has always been portrayed as a bad thing - as I guess anything that is described as a crisis would be. But does it have to be? I believe that a midlife crisis can be a lot of fun if you do it right! My guest today is here to answer my questions about how to make your midlife crisis a springboard into adventure and transformation on your terms.
