It doesn't take much! I used to convince myself out of doing things that were good for me, because I didn't have an hour to do it. I learned that even doing a mindful activity for 5 minutes makes the biggest impact on my wellbeing and stress. I include a few different ways that you can practice mindfulness everyday and feel much more calm and at ease :)
