Stoked to share this adorable Aquarius princess on today's episode! We had the best convos about allowing and moving with pain, trusting the body, how to be and not do & resting in discomfort. How we need to stop fixing and start feeling. How to stop avoiding the truth. Being honest out loud and vulnerable, how free it is to stop concealing the truth, the more you live in your truth the more you’ll attract people with your same truth. Any shift in identity you just need to be seen, how to meet deeper parts of yourself, journey of being queer and how as relationships evolve you mirror things in others that others aren’t prepared to look at. Growing pains and mourning loss of old versions of yourself. Importance of experiencing all emotions. Importance of challenging our beliefs and reclaiming who you are. Then we talked about how crucial inner child healing is and playing more! Lastly, we chatted on spiritual hygiene!
