Introducing my 28yo Self and What Happened Next.

Hi there..

In today's episode I travel back in time to 1994 when I was 28yo. I had just nursed Chloe through 4 years of cancer treatment, culminating with a liver transplant in 1992 when I was 36 weeks pregnant with my third child. Boy what a ride!

I distinctly remember feeling pissed off about life and was harbouring a strong dislike for myself. So after some deep soul searching, I made a choice to walk down the path of personal and spiritual development. It was my saving grace.

During this episode I explain what happened next, including changing my birth name that had always felt alien to me, the failed romances, a failed marriage and the birth of my fourth child, a gift from Chloe.

I hope you enjoy the listen and that it gives you a better understanding of me as a human, mother and woman who is open to change and all the messy things life throws at her.
