Her daughter Chloe was born on this day, April 16th, in 1989 and then her son Declan was born on this day in 2005, 3 years after Chloe passed away. Elle has always believed that Chloe guided a new soul through in the form of Declan to continue on the unconditional love of a child, the love that she could no longer give. Elle asked Chloe's 3 best childhold friends to share their memories and stories of Chloe and to give an insight on how much impact knowing her had on their lives.
