Monica Limón serves as a Program Manager at NALCAB, where she is responsible for providing support and oversight for the organization’s Federal Programs and initiatives. As a passionate Latina, Monica’s personal and professional commitment is to build long-term, economic, social, and health focused upward mobility in communities of color and women in general.

Her career has encompassed many fields, including university outreach and recruiting, graduate writing services, commercial and residential development, large-scale agricultural operations, information technology, and environmental justice.

Monica’s professional portfolio includes the installation of the first set(s) of electric volt charging stations in Clovis, CA, the development of a lucrative and self-sustainable IT maintenance plan, coordination and strategic planning of the first-ever multi-agency roundtable with the City of Fresno. Originally hailing from the San Joaquin Valley in California, Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from Fresno State University.
