Welcome to another episode of the podcast!  On this episode we are talking about a simple concept and a VERY IMPORTANT CONCEPT.....strength training.  Most people say" Yeah we get it, we need to strength train".  The question we have fort them is... why are you strength training?? Most people can't answer that question.  Some good answers are to be able to lift more weight, so my knee doesn't hurt, so I can perform my job.  Some life changing answers are: so I don't fall down, break my hip when I'm 80 y/o and die in the hospital.  Pretty powerful stuff, and very real information.  Listen in to learn how strength train may just save your life one day ( Sooner or later!).
