Anthony Copeland-Parker and his partner Catherine Elizabeth Popp experienced sudden medical issues that made them reevaluate what was important in life. Catherine was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's and Anthony had to undergo heart-valve replacement surgery. Realizing that life’s too short, the couple retired in their 50s and sold their home to travel the world and participate in several international endurance-run races. Anthony shares his story on living live a life of freedom, traveling, and being conscious of how precious life really is.
