108. Jeff Altman

Jeff Altman is a legendary stand up comedian, actor, magician and performer. He is the favorite comic of many of the worlds biggest stand up comedians is the inspiration to Jerry Seinfeld and David Letterman to name a few. Jeff and Mike met on another project, but the moment Jeff learned about He Cast, he enthusiastically volunteered to come on the show and talk about a couple major bouts of depression he experienced over his extremely interesting life. Bold, vulnerable and entertaining, Jeff's story is one that many will hear and use as fuel to help.
