Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.

During this inspiring episode you will mee Steve Lovelace, Paratriathlon Pioneer 1986, USA Triathlon Foundation Ambassador and Oklahoma City Bombing Rescue Worker.

Steve survived a near death wood cutting accident in 1982, overcame below the waist paralysis, relearned to walk, and eventually run, then went on to make history in 1986 as the second documented disabled athlete to complete a triathlon. He is now living with a horribly painful disease, yet still maintains a glass half full mentality.

As you will discover, Steve loves sharing his story of resilience and overcoming tragedy to making history with the aim to inspire others that they too can do the same.

An amazingly upbeat, down to earth, and inspiring discussion that will encourage and motivate all who listen.

Sarah is naturally engaging, her energy infectious, and whether she is sharing her musings and ramblings about life in general, or having insightful discussions with her guests, as you tune in and listen, your energy levels will rise, a smile will spread across your face as your inner happiness is harnessed.
