Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.

During this episode you will meet Clare Deacon who, along with Sarah, also contributed a chapter to the Amazon number one bestselling multi author book MY DAD THINKS I AM A FAIRY which aims to bring hope to all who read it.

Sarah and Clare discuss their shared passions for positive psychology and coaching and discuss the benefits of hypnotherapy and counselling amongst a whole host of other holistic therapies and Clare uses many of these modalities, alongside her own personal life experience to bring about the transformation her clients require to move them forwards and take them from survival mode to thriving and loving life.

As you will discover they both work in a very similar vein, having arrived at the same point via different routes to gain the wisdom and knowledge that they now impart.

Clare shares her back story that started with a challenging childhood, saw her in a career she didn’t love but one where she had created a wonderful family life with her husband / her rock and her two young children.  She explains how tragedy then suddenly hit one night, just after they’d put the children to bed.  Her wonderful husband, aged only 41, had a heart attack and died.

Clare shares this experience and what followed and how she took inspiration from his death to turn her life around based on the promise she made him in the ambulance that she would ensure that their children would have the life they both wanted for them.

Whilst her story starts with tragedy it is also one of hope and inspiration.
