Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.

During this episode you will meet Penny Thresher, a co-author of the Amazon number one bestselling My Dad Thinks I’m a Fairy multi-author book collaboration that Sarah was also a co-author, contributing her chapter, Becoming Me.  It should also be noted that Penny played a far great part in this project as she was also the copy writer and editor.

However, as they chat you will discover that Penny’s career, until recently was VERY different!

Penny shares her back story which includes a career in accounting that evolved and was driven by her ‘need’ to have a piece of paper / a qualification to ‘prove’ herself.

She shares with Sarah the personal challenges she faced along the way which included a mountain of debt that her ex-husband had left her with (she had no knowledge of), to a career in IT that saw her traveling the world and meeting several famous faces.  To a major house move / relocation and to truly finding her passions following an aha moment of spiritual understanding.

As you will discover it was this spiritual awakening that realigned Penny with her love for words and that now sees her working as a personal coach, book editor and publisher where Penny views herself as her author’s cheerleader.

An uplifting episode that clearly demonstrates that you can bring about massive changes to your life at any given point as it took Penny 40 years to really do what she loves doing!

Sarah is naturally engaging, her energy infectious, and whether she is sharing her musings and ramblings about life in general, or having insightful discussions with her guests, as you tune in and listen, your energy levels will rise, a smile will spread across your face as your inner happiness is harnessed.
