Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.

During this episode you will meet the delightful Meredith Rawlings who is based in North Carolina in the US.  Meredith is a Transformation Coach who works with female entrepreneurs and helps them better understand themselves, their purpose and helps them to live a more effortless and easier life.

She talks honestly about her journey and how, having gone through a rough time in her life and a breakdown, she discovered Human Design; a system that combines astrology, quantum mechanics, the I Ching, Kabala, and Genetics.  She explains how the system creates a dynamic, detailed, and energetic blueprint of how you are designed to work, the characteristics that will play to your strengths and indicates what conditions you are susceptible to better understand yourself.

Meredith herself was a perfectionist (she still is but is now aware of her behaviour and manages this mindfully) and had multiple eating disorders when she was in college, she also suffered from insecurities from the age of ten whereby, she constantly compared herself to others.  Today she celebrates her differences and ‘imperfections’, and states that imperfections make you who you are!

Together Sarah and Meredith discuss balance, overdone strengths, reframing, seeing the positives and gifts that we all have once we view our characteristics from a different perspective.

This truly is a fascinating discussion around energetics, behaviour, being aware of the self, observing patterns and how by understand yourself more fully you can live a happier and easier life.

Tune in today to get a dose of inspiration and motivation!
