Previous Episode: EP424 Habit Mapping
Next Episode: EP426 Stopped Lying

There are two types of habits, those that grow, and those that multiply.  Today we are going to gain a perspective on how to grow with a habit, and how to multiply because of a habit.  Exercise is an example of a habit you grow with.  Your duration or intensity increases over time before it becomes truly effective.  Other than working out and a few others, most habits take less than 20 minutes to be effective.  It’s because it all depends on how often we do it.  Take praying, for example, there’s a compounding effect.  It’s in doing it over and over again that it becomes effective.  When you know which category your habit falls into, you’ll better know what it takes to be successful with them.
