Frequently we hear that the goal of meditation is quiet the mind and try to eliminate thought.  If during a meditation session we feel we are "thinking too much", we tend to make a judgement that we had a poor session.  There is no such thing!  In this exercise Wade guides us on a short but powerful meditation that helps you to remove judgement from the process.  Just observe.  Are you thinking a lot?  That's perfectly fine.  Just work on being aware of what's happening and relax.
