Wash away the past and let go of the energy that is holding you back.

Rise into the white light and enter the forest. See a reflection in the pool and notice what you see. Step into the cleansing pool and watch as the water draws out the energy that is no longer serving you. Connect to the Earth energy and allow the water to purify you and reset your energy anew.

Rise into the new phase and ascend all obstacles.

Ascend the golden staircase and enter the crystal room. Receive a gift and accept without assigning meaning.

Just expand!
