In this meditation spend time following your inner vision and allow yourself to step aside from your ego. Feel the body and the sensations it uses to communicate with you.
Visualising a ball of energy that creates a focal point for your third eye to link to, you move deep into the centre of a pyramid and view your third eye.

How open is it?
Get the messages from your higher-self, get to know your third eye on a deeper level. Awaken your connection and expand your intuition even further with this meditation.
