This helps our mind to think about what you provided it to think on, rather than allowing it to wander into the past or future, fear or fantasy. This way we allow our mind to stay in present, creating inner silence and peace within our mind and in our internal dialogue. We start cultivating to live every moment meditatively. We create that inner silence and get in touch with our inner divinity. we start seeing the positive transformation in our lives. Our life starts flowing effortlessly, our desires and intentions starts becoming reality easily and we start seeing enhancement in our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing,
