Tommorrow is the first thing of spring, meaning it's time to do your spring cleaning. Now I know that's proabably the last thing you want to think about, but there is just nothing like the feeling of having a clean home. I HATE cleaning, if I had known how much of my adult life would be spent cleaning my house I would've never grown up.

However, I have developed some tricks that help me get motivated to get cleaning. Having a messy home makes me feel overstimmulated and anxious, which can lead to me feeling overwhelmed by the task, which in turn leads to paralysis. It's a vicious cycle, these tips will help you get started and hopefully find the momentum to keep going.
