Very often, life gets so busy and noisy that we don't have the time to go after our desires or hear them. We think we need certain things to achieve happiness; we believe we will feel better after putting our hands on tangible material things. That works, sometimes; we feel better, but that kind of joy is not meant to last.

In today's episode, we take a step back from our fast-paced life and remain in silence to hear the heart of our desire. We explore the importance of staying connected to ourselves and others and how to use those connections to build a better relationship with our mental and physical health.

We also discuss the role of focus and curiosity on our life outcomes and what we attract based on what we decide to focus on. We dive deep into how to redirect that focus, and how curiosity can help us learn more about our relationship with ourselves, our traumas, and the growth we can experience.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

Why it's so hard to get curious about the desires that come from the heart (2:54)About the time we waste chasing the wrong things (4:26)The three things I did to connect with the heart of my desire (5:48)Why we must remain curious, even about the painful things (10:28)About being aware of where is our focus and what are the things we attract into our lives (17:38)
