The first step to finding the solution to a problem is recognizing it exists. When we talk about grief recovery, the second step is to realize we need help; a compassionate listener is crucial to change our reality. Fear, sadness, pain, anger, and even confusion, all those feelings are valid, and perhaps the process of our healing includes going through some of them. However, it is key to our recovery to understand that the body is not a storage center; it is a processing center.
