"The good ole adage of "asking for help shows a sign of weakness", where do you sit on this statement?"

There is the following common belief:  "Asking for help shows a sign of weakness, the inability to do things on your own and always having the need to rely on others shows a sign of weakness."Really?  Let's hash out this statement and I will give you my perspective and how I feel it fits into today's modern world.  Let's look at two people we will call them Mary & Molly.

Mary never asks for help and Molly always does.  Which one feels like you?

In this episode I share a short story of Mary and Molly, see which story resonates with your experience.

How would your day change or your life for that matter, if you were able, to start to see "asking for help" as a strength instead of a weakness.
