After suffering through endometriosis, kidney stones, gestational diabetes, and battles with weight loss, she finally decided to try a vegetarian, then a vegan diet.

She knew something needed to change or her health would continue to suffer. So once she made the decision to eat vegan, she never looked back.

Her view of food changed, and as a result, her health dramatically changed too.
