Jared Lichtin was the first guest I interviewed on Goal Getting Podcast. Jared is the host of Flip with Jared Lichtin, where he walks you through on of his houses as he is flipping it. He walks you through the process. He is a great guy, a fantastic teacher, and a phenomenal podcast host.

The quote is pretty self-explanatory. It's better to not do it completely right, than to not do it at all. The key is to take action. You have to get the ball rolling. You have to get started. It many be bumpy along the way, and you may mess up once in a while and it may not be 100% your best, But it wouldn't be you never start it to begin with, right?
