OMG yall, when that anxiety hits my libido and desire to be intimate go straight out the window. I mean obviously, I wouldn't expect a different response! The body is prioritizing and just trying to get by during survival mode.  In this episode, I share why we shouldn't run from connecting with our partners when we feel anxious even though it's the first thing to go.  How can cultivating intimacy that feels good for us support us when we feel dysregulated?  What are some things that actually help in getting us back to balance? How can we even figure out how to find a balance in our intimacy when we don't even find balance within ourselves? is this even possible? YES, yes it is, we just have to tweak things a little.  Tune in to this episode or really, save it for when you need it most ;).  Because YES we can still want to experience meaningful moments  in intimacy + relationships while also going through a shitstorm of anxiety (is this my daily life or what?). In life, there is so much duality and we get to have both - as in we get to choose what feels good for us while we work through hard things.
