Do you check the scale everyday with fear and then feel like shit when it doesn’t say what you hoped for?

 I have 2 tips for you if you can’t seem to lose those last 10-15 pounds, and it’s driving you nuts. 

Here’s the first thing you need to do.  STOP worrying about that shit. It’s stressing you out and making you frustrated and pushing you towards giving up.

Quitting is not going to help move you forward. It’s going to put you back at square one again. Day one. Back to no progress. Sound fun? I didn’t think so…

Instead refocus on all the progress you’ve already made. Maybe you are sleeping better. Your clothes fit differently. You learned to cook. You set the example for your family on HEALTH (not JUST weight loss)

Find positive things to focus on instead of just that fuc*ing scale!

#2 - Focus on your DAILY actions and habits. That’s what you can control. You can’t control what the scale says everyday (water retention, sleep amount & quality, hormonal changes, stress, time of day, etc influence this.)

Find ONE thing each day you can do to move yourself forward. Act as if the scale didn't exist and do the right shit you know you need to do… Some ideas:

1.Eat protein at every meal
2. Get 10,000 steps everyday this week.
3. Drink “x” oz’s of water every day this week.
4. Get 8 hours of sleep
5. No soda this week

You get the idea. Refocus on what you can control and nail healthy habits, those are what will lead you to the promised land after you do them consistently.
