Live Life to the Fittest is a podcast for The Dreamer, The Believer and those who wish to Inspire others and be Inspired. My name is Jeremy Woodward. I’m a heart failure survivor, athlete, coach author, husband and dad to three beautiful girls! This journey started with a single lap around the ICU after my second open-heart surgery after being in the worst stage of heart failure. Since that lap around the ICU it has lead me on this incredible journey that has included the Ironman Triathlon, six Boston Marathon finishes, hundreds of races and thousands of training miles.
