In order not to be nervous in the interview do these two things:

1.) Repeat the question and that will give your brain time to organize your response and specific examples.

2.) Use the STAR or CAR method of formatting your story and examples.

These are sales positions, so they expect you to have some persuasion skills and examples and plan to sell yourself!
