One of the common struggles I hear is about feeling stuck in life. There are many reasons a person feels stuck but it all feels the same. They don’t know what to do. They feel like they’re trapped in an invisible prison. They don’t see a future full of hope. They’re lost, confused, and hopeless. 

In this episode, I first talk about what it actually means to feel stuck. Where that feeling comes from. Then I share about feeling stuck in May and what I did to overcome it.
