Imagine if you have the worst headache. How do you feel when you go to work? How do you feel when you get home? How do you feel trying to think and come up with ideas?


How do you do show in the world every day?


It’s hard. We’ve all had headaches so we know what it’s like. We are not motivated to do anything. We’re not in a good mood so we’re not that great to be around.


Now imagine if you had a headache every single day. You’re not getting anything done. You’re in pain. You don’t feel like it.


This is what it’s like when you’re trying to change your life but on the inside every day you have that pain inside of your head. But the pain isn’t a headache.


It’s regret, living in the past, self doubt, low self esteem, blaming and complaining. That’s what you hold in your mind every single day.


Are you going to be able to do great things with your life? Are you going to be able to get you moving forward?


You won’t be able to and that’s why working on yourself on the inside is so important.
