I know you are interested in personal development. That’s why you are here, but what have you done with what you have learned?
Too many people fall into the trap of being fans of personal development, but they never do anything with what they learn.
All they do is consume content through articles, books, and podcasts.
Then they wonder why they’re still stuck in life.
It’s easy to hear advice that I share here at Get Busy Living. It’s harder to take that advice and apply it to your life. Knowledge isn’t enough.
You should have the attitude that you’re conducting experiements. You’re taking something you’ve learned and you’re going to try it for yourself. That’s the only way to know if it’ll work for you.
If that way doesn’t work, then find another way and experiment.
Just like there are countless ways to exercise and too many to name eating plans to lose weight. There are countless ways to improve your life. But what works for someone may not work for you.
That’s how you have to view personal development.
Find what works for you through experiementing.
